17.01.2022 So this week I hung up my hat as Miss Liv... A few years ago i was taken in to the family @broomepac to be a tricks teacher... teaching dance acro... basically gymnastics skills... What a HUGE learning curve it was for me... mainly relearning how to communicate with children...... What a truly wonderful, warm, fun and dedicated school to be a part of... But the time had come to focus more time and energy in my business and continual studies... Hopefully it wont be the forever end... a few workshops would be amazing... 14.01.2022 If you the working week in half Wednesday should be split day.. Only took me 30 something years to be able to sit in splits comfortably... maybe I preferred power backflips, saltos and handstands as a child... or maybe now my wisdom of learning about the body and how to navigate my body type has helped me achieve things I once thought would be impossible. 06.01.2022 ... ... Almost 10 years ago.. this one boat took me sailing through Alaska, Vancouver, Seattle, Mexico, Hawaii.... 9 months this boat was home. 06.01.2022 ' ... Our first proper rain of the season yaaasss.... this is by far my fave time of year and weather.. when there are at least clouds anyway How many rain posts will you see today? ... TOP TIPS: dont forget to drink ample water... yes i know you know this, but i also know some of you do not drink as much as you should.. or say add lemon juice first thing in the morn. fruit and veg have water in them, make sure you are getting your daily plenty. your skin will change now the humidity is in the air.. for the drier more dehydrated types your skin may feel pretty good. For the oily skins you may not love the humidity as much, as you may feel more oily and hate putting anything on your skin, refraining may cause a worse transition back into dry season.. more impaired barrier and more breakouts if you get them. Everyone will be more prone to breakouts this time of year also, not just on your face but under your sweaty clothes. Regular facials will help keep your skin balanced and in good condition, we may need to tweak what you are using slightly.. so be sure to book in regular facials.. 01.01.2022 & ... . . 10 years ago I was captured by pirates and forced to kiss a fish then covered in slime before being thrown off the plank for the sharks.. ... But I survived the King Neptune Ceremony... What was all this for you ask? Well I had not long started working on cruise ships doing MASSAGE and DETOX treatments... little did I know that for when a seafarer CROSSES THE EQUATOR for the first time you will need to be initiated in the King Neptune Ceremony.. I believe some ships do much worse initiations than others. So I consider myself lucky to have survived this spectacle with the whole cruise ship audience watching and capturing the ceremony. I loved working on cruise ships it was HARD but an amazing experience. I feel sorry for those who hadnt had the real experience during this virus outbreak... Highly recommend you try a cruise one day if you havent already... be sure to book in for a beautiful spa treatment..
