17.01.2022 Last Sunday October 4 I was lucky to shoot the Spring Sunset Slow Food Dinner which showcased ethically grown and produced Italian, Croatian and Indigenous Food from the Swan Valley and Surrounding regions. It was awonderful dinner held at Priory Park Equestrian in the Swan Valley. The Slow Food movement promotes heritage, culture and biodiversity as well as fair and sustainable food production. It is a not for profit organisation and part of a global network. I am passionate about the fair food movement!
