Congratulations to Yianni taking part in the mens u18 4x100m for Illawong, winning gold iin the state relay championships Congratulations to Henri Hiles-Fraser winning the boys 11 years 200m in the primary schools national championships at Homebush. Henri also won a bronze medal in the boys 11 years 100m Congratulations to Aurelia in the girls 12yrs shot putt, making the final and placing 8th. A great effort... Congratulations to Jade making the final in the womens 4x100m at the state championships at 16 Finally congrats to me competing in the mens 160+ 4x200m and piching up the silver medal with Illawong team mates Ryan, George and Duncan

Yianni was 0.01 off his pb in the 100m and jumped a seasons best, following a recent bout of glandular fever. These are outstanding results considering he hasnt competed in 6 weeks 100m 11.47s Long jump 6.31m

04.01.2022 Well done Yianni, winning his 100m heat in 11.44s at Sylvania waters zone athletics carnival last Friday. A solid effort considering the headwinds, cool conditions and setbacks with the right knee. Fortunately, the knee has improved with rest and rehab exercises. Great effort indeed
