04.01.2022 Who am I? I am a wife, a mum and a counsellor. I love to run, watch AFL and spend time with my family. I have my undergrad in Psychological Science and my Masters in Counselling. I am accredited and am a member of the Australian Counselling Association. I have a wide variety of counselling skills & interests. These range from addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief and loss.... I conduct counselling sessions via zoom, and phone sessions, but primarily provide ‘walk and talk’ sessions. These are gentle, relaxing walks where we can talk through the issues at hand whilst enjoying the outdoors. Sessions are $80 for one hour.
