25.01.2022 Our first big harvest from our veggie garden. So excited when we pulled all of this out. Love what it teaches the kids. These are all grown from Organic Heirloom Seeds from Greenpatch Organic Seeds & Plants (except the tumeric and passionfruit) - Kumara - Rocket - Mesculin lettuce mix... - Coriander - Shallots - Tumeric - Passionfruit So much goodness. Now we are waiting on the next lot.

I will announce it on Mondays 8am (QLD time) with a list of what you need and will go LIVE on Thursdays 10:30am (QLD time) so we can do the activity together with our children. 18.01.2022 Ok nothing like a late post that was promised over an hour ago. My daughter had her sports carnival that we forgot about oops Thank you doTERRA for a flexible business LOVE IT Ok here is my Chicken Pesto Pasta Recipe from last night (I dont measure anything sorry :) ) Pesto... - Bunch of basil - 8 cubes of parmesan - Handful of spinach leaves - Some heads of broccoli - Some roast pumpkin - Handful of cashews - Pinch of salt - Heap of olive oil - 1-2 drops of doTERRA Black Pepper Essential Oil * Blitz all ingredients until its the consistency that you are after. It will be slightly runny because of the pumpkin but its perfect and the leftovers refrigerate well. 1. Cook pasta of choice. I did Pappardelle pasta 2. cut up some leftover roast chicken from the night before (best way to use up your leftovers) and throw in the frying pan with a splash of olive oil and heat up. If you didnt have roast chicken then brown off some chicken thigh or breast 3. Add pasta to frying pan with some liquid that the pasta has been cooking in 4. Add as much pesto as you want and gently stir over med heat 5. Add a handful of pinenuts once warmed through and serve. OMG so delicious!

09.01.2022 This weeks activity: Shaving Cream Dyed Easter Eggs - thanks to Crafty Morning for the idea You will need:... - Boiled Eggs - Cheap shaving cream ($2.80 from woolies - add it to your essential shop) - Variety of food colouring - Gloves (so the kids hands dont get dye on them) - Straw / knife / skewer to lightly swirl the shaving cream - baking tray lined with baking paper See you all at 10:30am this Thursday to have some fun. PS. This is not that messy. My kids enjoyed it.
