The first 10,000 spots released have already been reserved for the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme which were allocated for last financial year (ending 30 June 2020). Don’t fear, another 10,000 Scheme places for this financial year starting from 1 July 2020 but you have to be quick! REMEMBER! All government schemes are subject to specific qualifying terms and conditions. Eligible first home buyers can apply for the Scheme through a participating lender.
