24.01.2022 Is it strange that all major banks have a form like this with a secret login for brokers? This is a major lenders online pricing request form. It allows us to request a better interest rate for... .....EXISTING CUSTOMERS!... Part of the form asks for evidence of a better available rate. I often put a link to their own website where theyre offering new customers a cheaper rate than they offer their loyal existing customers? This might be surprising to some, but the really strange thing, is that more often than not our requests are being denied. Meaning that customers who have banked with ABC Bank for 15 years are not given the same price that new customers are given - Banks have a long way to go to regain community trust...
