22.01.2022 Like most industries we are effectively closed down until Wednesday, November 25. We were already under pressure with our work load due the unprecedented windy... and at times wet weather over the past two months, and this shutdown compunds the issue leading into the end of the year. Please be assured we will be working as long and hard as we can - there are now four qualified technicians working, up from the two we had at this time last year - to make sure we get to your issue. We are rescheduling as many jobs to next week as we can and will be in touch as soon as we can. In the meantime, stay safe and we will all come out the other side of this if we do the right thing. 19.01.2022 Well The first of the St Francis / Nuyts archipelago tours kicked off this week, and let me tell you that not everything went as planned our Awesome BOM didn...’t predict the biggest electrical storm of the year with gale force winds.. and ridiculous rain squalls. The tour was only planned for 4 days but Friday was awful, and with our feet planted firmly on terra firma I chose to stay out an extra day, this turned out to be the smartest choice, although the supplies were low there was plenty of mutton birds out and about if things got real bad, there was plenty of wine thanks to bird in hand. The tour itself was good, I was hoping that the weather, held out so I could showcase what the islands had to offer, we were lucky enough to circumnavigate St Francis island and visit Massillon Island, and these are unbelievable, and remote enough that not many get to see. Now to regroup and iron out some of the faults, now we have seen both beautiful and horrible weather, I can refine and get better, we will offer the best and most remote camping tours in South Australia. This trip is definitely not for everyone, but those that accept the conditions and unpredictable weather, you will be sitting on an island that no many people will ever get to see let alone camp on. The nature side to me is incredible, Pythons around the camp and these guys are just so cool, non venomous, We were eating breakfast and also seen some whales pass, with dolphins hanging around under the campsite.. oh and the shearwaters. Yes the next camping tour is less than a month away and we can’t wait ! November 20. Bring it on! Felicity Brown Glam Adelaide Ceduna Glass South Australia The Tailor
