24.01.2022 Some of you may remember James in the gym. A quiet achiever and lovely guy. Such devastation for James and his partner Bailey If you can help even a little, it won't ease the pain but it will mean alot to this young couple.

20.01.2022 EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT From 12pm Friday 3rd July we are back open 24hrs a day 24/7 Access ... Unrestricted use of the facility Showers available No booking required You are required to still: Maintain social distancing Use a towel Wipe down equipment after use Wash hands regularly Use hand sanitizer We will of course be on hand during peak times and continue to monitor social distancing and hygenie practices. Extra cleaning of equipment in our facility will continue for the health and safety of our members. Thanks again for your condiseration and ongoing support during the past few weeks & we look forward to seeing you back training - 24/7
