The program was supported by the State Government, Yarra Energy Foundation, Latrobe Valley Community Power Hub, Eko Energy and Gippsland Councils. Here’s what you need to know: > Regional hospitality busine...sses must refuse seated service to those from Restricted Areas that means if you are from Metro Melbourne, you can’t dine in > If you’re from Metro Melbourne and your nearest café is in regional Victoria, opt for takeaway > To confirm your place of residence businesses must sight a photo ID such as a driver licence, proof of age card or passport These measures will protect hospitality businesses in regional Victoria, their staff and local patrons, and help us all to stay safe and well as we take steps towards a COVID Normal.
