23.01.2022 Where has the time gone? This Easter held great significance to me for a very different reason, as it marked my 10 year anniversary of working at Loganholme Early Learning. Throughout the past 10 wonderful years I have gained immense knowledge, made many lifelong friends and been a part of every family and child’s journey of learning and discovery.... I am so grateful for being given all of these opportunities to spend so many magical moments, watching each child find themselves and develop new skills to help guide them through life. When I began my position all those years ago, I was even lucky enough to watch my own daughter participate and complete the Kindergarten program. It’s scary to think that the years have past so fast and that she is now in year 8 at High School. I would like to thank all of the families and staff past and present for helping to make my job such a memorable and rewarding experience. Looking to the future I can’t wait to continue guiding, nurturing and gaining more self knowledge, each and every day with all of you and your amazing children. Here’s to another 10 wonderful years with Loganholme Early Learning, a place that has become my second home. And just so you know I don’t have wrinkles and grey hair. I have countless laugh lines and an abundance of knowledge! Love Miss Jen

22.01.2022 We didn't let a lockdown spoil our Easter Celebrations Even though we couldn't have our annual Easter Bonnet Parade again this year, it didn't stop the Educator's and children from celebrating. The children still got to have their Easter Egg hunt and enjoyed spending time together exploring the Easter experiences.... We were even lucky enough to have a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny. 16.01.2022 The Centre will be Closed on Friday 2nd of April to Monday 5th of April 2021 for the Easter Long Weekend We will re open on Tuesday 6th April at 6am ... We would like to wish everyone a happy and safe Easter and hope that you all get to spend some much needed time with friends and family. Love from your Loganholme Early Learning Team

13.01.2022 The week that was! Even though we spent the first half of the week sheltering from the rain, it didn't stop our exploration and learning. Today was a very important day, as we celebrated Epilepsy Awareness Day and discussed why some of us were dressed in purple and Kindergarten extended on this by creating an E is for Epilepsy collage. ... We are learning about diversity and responding to others with respect. Epilepsy Awareness Day is Celebrated annually on March 26, Epilepsy Awareness Day, or Purple Day, was created to increase the public’s understanding of this brain disorder and to eliminate the fear and stigma surrounding it.
