The fully-equipped kitchen is a chefs delight, with a 900mm SMEG stove / oven, SMEG dish washer and quality pots and pans. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and Bose sound system / docking station. Bi-fold doors open out onto a broad deck which encompasses a 9-piece outdoor setting, a gas-fired BBQ and 2 sun lounges.
