25.01.2022 We've just received these amazing gift donations for our Christmas Hampers from About You Conveyancing. Thanks to the ladies for taking the time to shop for the adults and provide gifts for our families. Every year we make sure we have gifts included in the hampers for the adults in the families. A lot of them go without to make sure their families get what they need throughout the year, and we think its nice they get a little something at this time of year just for themselves too. We'll be accepting donations until next week. If you want to drop something off donations of non-perishable food, gifts and christmas items can be dropped off to us at 9/15 Boree St, Ulladulla. All donations go to local families doing it tough who need a helping hand to brighten their holiday season.

23.01.2022 Our "boys" Peter (Karen's husband), Michael (Karen's son), Russel (Jo's husband) and Paul from Mollymook Golf Club are taking on the Cancer Council Australia's The Longest Day challenge. On 14th December (the longest day of the year) the boys will be taking on the the ultimate golfing challenge to complete four rounds of golf in one day. That’s 72 holes! You may have even heard Peter on Radio 2ST this morning talking about the day. We've just chipped in $500 to sponsor them ...to raise money for this fantastic cause.....but that's not where it ends. The challenge is on! We've committed to donate $50 for each birdie they score and will be donating it directly to Cancer Outpatients Appeal Milton Ulladulla Inc. With everything else happening in 2020 they haven't been able to run some of their big fundraising events for the year (including Milton Ulladulla Relay for Life or Milton Ulladulla Entertainers Inc). They do such important work for our community, providing essential services so people don't have to leave their homes to get the treatments and therapies they need for their health. The boys accepted our challenge, and we'll be cheering them on to play the best games of their lives! Let's get behind them and donate if you can. Every donation, no matter how big or small, makes a huge difference. We'll be following them on the day and providing a running tally on how many birdies they have managed to get.

21.01.2022 For all small business owners! Registrations are open for the Service NSW 'Dine and Discover' covid vouchers. If you want to be eligible to collect these vouchers, you need to register. "Every NSW resident aged 18 and over will be eligible for four $25 vouchers worth $100 in total. The vouchers can be used at participating NSW businesses who are registered as COVID safe. The Dine & Discover NSW vouchers will be divided into two categories:... - two $25 vouchers to be used for eating in at restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and clubs from Monday to Thursday - two $25 vouchers to be used for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues, available 7 days a week."

19.01.2022 Four rounds of golf in one day done for The Longest Day raising funds for the Cancer Council Australia! Amazing effort guys! They ended the day with a massive 19 birdies raising an additional $950 for Cancer Outpatients Appeal Milton Ulladulla Inc ....with an extra $50 thrown in to round it up to $1000. We're excited to be able to donate to this local cause as well as the $500 we donated to the Cancer Council. A lot of the Outpatients Appeal big yearly fundraisers haven't happened this year with Covid. We thought this would be a fun way to help support an important local cause too and the boys worked hard to raise as much as they could. Incredible effort by them all!

This is the second lot of donations they have kindly provided for our Christmas Hamper Drive and these toys will be going off to some VERY happy kids. 14.01.2022 Ummm..... Milton IGA Plus Liquor you've blown us away! The staff and customers at IGA have been collecting donations at their store for our Christmas Hamper Drive and they've outdone themselves. 12.01.2022 The first lender to pass on the recent Reserve Bank of Australia rate cut to variable rate home loans is ME. Some of the major lenders have dropped fixed rate loans in response to the RBA's decision, but elected not to reduce their variable rate home loans. 04.01.2022 We're excited to announce we are bringing home SEVEN awards!! A mix of both State and National awarded by our aggregator PLAN Australia in our annual awards night. We're pumped to yet again be recognised against some of the best Brokers in the country and to be able to bring these home to the South Coast. Being from a small town, it's wonderful to be recognised with the "bigger" players in the industry. We're locally owned and operated, with a team of 5, and to bring these ho...me is such an honour. We're especially honoured to have won both the NSW and National 'Excellence in Business - Communtiy' awards. Our region has had an incredibly tough year, and we've worked hard to help our community where we could. Every year we support local sporting and community groups with sponsorships, organise our Christmas Hamper Drive to help local families in need, and provide support and sponsorship to local events. This year we also supported people affected by fires where we could. We worked with their banks, insurers and contractors to assist rebuild their lives, homes and business (with much of this work still ongoing). We wanted to provide support to help ease the burden of often confusing paperwork and processes when it's the last thing anyone affected wanted to have to do. We've also been supporting people affected by Covid, to access resources to assist, to understand repayment pauses and assist them accessing the offers from lenders. In what has been an unprecedented year, we want to send a big thank you to our staff who have made these awards possible. They've worked hard this year in what have been stressful times, both personally and professionally. In hasn't been easy dealing with ever changing lender policies, assisting customers in times where we weren't sure what would happen next, and the frustration everyone has felt from the wide reaching impacts of Covid. They've put long hours in to make sure people had the help they needed, and we couldn't be more proud of our team.

Our Christmas Hampers are off to their recipient families today and we cannot express our heartfelt thanks to everyone for making this another huge year. We have TWENTY hampers full of groceries, Christmas items and gifts for every member of the family that were sent off to locals who needed a helping hand this holiday season. There were SO many people drop donations off and we are blown away with everyone's g...enerosity in what has been an incredibly tough year. Noahs Ark Centre of Shoalhaven Inc and William Campbell Foundation helped us find deserving families who were doing it tough, and maybe missing out on traditional support. We know these gifts are going to change their lives. A big thank you from us to our receptionist Anne Maree for her hard work running our Hamper Drive this year. It's her first year with us for Christmas, and she's worked tirelessly collating, collecting and making these hampers up.
