22.01.2022 Wine and dine whilst listening to the soothing sounds of the Australian Chamber Orchestra at Long Chim Sydney. On Thursday 5 November, a quartet of performers will be putting on a show as we serve you a modern Bangkok set menu. 13.01.2022 The art of stir frying is at the heart of Thai cuisine, and our pad grapow is a classic example. Often made with chicken or pork, in this case we use local Shorthorn rump steak that is minced by hand, and tossed with chilli, garlic and a number of spices, in a hot wok. The dish is finished with holy basil, and topped with a crispy fried duck egg. The dish is one of Thailand's most iconic, in fact, when the first four survivors were pulled from Tham Luang cave, it is said that they asked for grapow as their first proper meal!
