25.01.2022 Two Birds Brewing Kalsariknnit, or loosely - pants drunk. The simple pleasure or drinking at home, comfortably down to your underwear, with no intention of going out. These two limited releases in the form of a hazy pale ale and vanilla and cacao stout are now available at the bar, for all your underwear drinking pleasure. PSA - Please take them home before drinking in said underwear, we dont have a dress code at the bar, but this might be pushing it.

With a pillowy, soft head and a rounded body with layers of overripe pineapple, passionfruit and citrus. One of 3 kegs in NSW. Your'e all in for a definite treat with this beer.

23.01.2022 Hop Products Australia have just released a new hop named Eclipse. Bursting with sweet mandarin, zesty citrus peel, and fresh pine needles. To celebrate, a select few breweries have been busy brewing single hop beers to showcase the capabilities of Eclipse. We've got Akasha Brewing Company and Two Birds Brewing take on the hop in the form of a single hop IPA and single hop XPA pouring side by side for you to come and taste what all the hype is about!

A kettle sour with a subtle level of sourness and bold pink hue from the addition of fresh raspberries to the fermentation. The addition of lime zest cuts through the sweetness of the raspberry leaving you with a tart finish. Coming in at 2.9%, this screams session beer in this weather.

17.01.2022 We’re excited to introduce something we’ve been working on since dreaming of opening the bar. The Pilot Room is our own creative outlet to bring you beer, brewed by us. For you all to enjoy at the bar. When opening the bar, 3 years ago, our dream was to include a small brewing operation alongside it. We weren’t willing to over extend ourselves. Having a large, shiny, new toy to brew on would have been nice, but not aligned with what we were wanting to achieve. We’re not here ...to attempt to take over the beer world. We want to share our brews with our local community. To put it simply, we have a pure passion for beer, brewing it ourselves, sharing it amongst friends and enjoying it. Combined with formal brewing study that Tim has completed and paying close attention to the styles and flavours that our local community has enjoyed us pouring, we look forward to treating the brewing in the same way we treat our taps. Constantly rotating through beers, with a fever for flavour and pushing boundaries and sometimes pure experimentation simply for the joy of it. Batch Brewing Company Chapeau 2020 Brewed to celebrate Batch's birthday each year using fresh raspberries from the Derwent Valley in Tasmania. Weighing in at 6.4%, the abv tells you straight away this isn't your normal kettle sour. Pouring a vibrant red with a smack in the face of fresh, sweet, raspberry greeting you as you put your nose to the glass.... With a beautifully full and rounded raspberry tartness and delicate bitterness, its love at first sip. This isn't your typical raspberry sour. Consider yourself ticking two boxes with this one - a delicious treat of a beer, and your daily intake of fruit all wrapped up in one glass. 03.01.2022 Some highly limited releases hitting the fridge thanks to the guys at Hawkers Beer and KAIJU Beer Hawkers Day Trip - double IPA - Buckle Up. Triple dry hopped with Sabro Cryo Hops alongside Ella and Amarillo for good company, you wont regret coming along for the ride. Hawkers Wake and Cake - Imperial Stout - your wake up routing is your business, though if youre like most of us it usually involves a coffee to unstuck the eyelids, perhaps a little pastry as well to put some... fuel in the tank. And on those fronts, weve got you covered. An imperial stout with coffee, hazelnut chocolate, lactose and a cheeky bit of whisky barrel all in the one can. Kaiju! Betelgeuse - Imperial Red - this is a first appearance since 2017. The combination of classic and more contemporary US and Kiwi hops ensures theres some dark citrus rind, berry, piney and earthy elements. Kaiju! Where Strides the Behemoth - Imperial Black IPA - An enormous hops schedule, balanced by a rich, roast malt character with rummy undertones from the large portion of brown sugar. The oiliness of the hops coats the mouth with a huge lingering bitterness while the roast malts add coffee notes. Kaiju! Main Squeeze - Passion Guava Session Ale - Just because youre small doesnt mean you cant have a big impact. A refined malt profile complimented by a bright fruit bomb of passionfruit and guava give this mid-strength the kind of full taste and aroma you can go back to. Kind of like your main squeeze.
