12.01.2022 Umpherston Sinkhole, also known, as The Sunken Garden was once a cave formed through dissolution of the limestone. The sinkhole was created when the top of the chamber collapsed downwards. Originally beautified by James Umpherston around 1886. The sun managed to peak out for around 30 seconds yesterday, just enough to capture this, after a harrowing drive the night before thru gale force winds, limbs of trees flying onto the road and sheet rain!

The purple on the floor is wine lees, makes for a great shot. Thanks boys. Always cool working with you.
