25.01.2022 A big shout out to all our wonderful customers We here at Lonnie's truly appreciate your support, and are so grateful for the trust you place in us when placing an order. We absolutely love being able to help celebrate your special day, and we're so lucky to have customers like you :)... We must apologise for being a bit behind in replying to messages. For those who are unaware, Sharleen's Father recently passed away and she had to travel to NSW. She is trying to get through as many messages as she can and as quickly as possible. As the school holidays have not been as enjoyable for our 4 beautiful children (with Mum away and Dad doing an amazing job keeping up with all our oders). We have decided to take a family break down to the Gold Coast. Unfortunately we will not be available for orders between the 18th - 27th October. We will continue to provide cakes up to and including the 17th October and can have orders for delivery/pick up from 27th October. Thank you to everyone for your understanding. And we value all of our wonderful customers, you mean everything to us x We understand things happen, for what ever reason, life still goes on, yes it can be a slight inconvenience for us if there is a late change or cancellation, but we get it. Things happen sometimes beyond our control. We understand. We won't hold it against you. It's also why we don't take non-refundable deposits or ask you to sign docum...ents when we deliver, or you collect, your order. We have an agreement. We will have the best quality items, finished to our highest standard and ready when you need them. You'll let us know if things need to change. But to block us on messenger when we're trying to arrange a delivery for your order, this we don't understand... This will bring me to our next post x
