24.01.2022 *New Limited Release* Introducing the Talle Daze Hazy Pale, brewed with Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic hops, specialty yeast and a blended base malt of barley, wheat, and oats coming in at 5.6% abv. Inspired by an iconic Gold Coast location, Tallebudgera Creek. We set out to brew our dream beer for a lazy afternoon watching the waves crash on the bar as boats and paddle boarders cruise past, a shady spot a couple of meters away from crystal blue waters. This beer has been made to capture the tropical feels in a temperate climate, a nice bit of juicy fruit notes with a drier balanced finish. Can’t make it down to Talle? Let this beer take you there, take a moment, get lost.

20.01.2022 27.8.20 NEW LIMITED RELEASE. Pushing the boundaries of beer and again working with our mates @deadmansfingersau in collaboration to bring you Colab No.2 a Ginger Lime Sour w Spiced Rum. This deceiving little number takes you to another place with a nice hit at 6.5% abv with a good lashing of ginger spice intensified by the Spiced Rum and a zesty tart finish. Launching at the taproom and at good local bars and retailers from next week.

16.01.2022 Dark Berry Sour. Launching Friday 31/7 at the taproom on tap and takeaway tallies and on tap in good local craft bars from next week. It’s a dessert pastry sour that basically tastes like liquid Black Forest Cake. A dark beer base with a touch of lactose, kettle soured, rested on blueberry, raspberry and cherry purée.

Immediate start for full-time role working 4.5 days a week (38hrs); ordering, prepping, cooking order dockets, cleaning and closing the kitchen,. Experience in kitchens necessary with preferred applicants having 2+ years of experience. Applicants must be available Thur-Sunday and work without supervision.
