20.01.2022 We join with charities around the globe to support Childhood Cancer Awareness Month this September which is symbolised by a gold ribbon. The team at Lotus Barangaroo have recreated this through a dish called "Char-grilled squid with house made tomato sambal". Which draws on the strong kids who are suffering and their families. The golden colour created from the char-grilled squid is inspired by the gold ribbon showing the spirit of the strong kids who are fighting, and the ho...use made tomato sambal represents the warm souls of their families. The dish is priced at $35. A percentage of each dish purchased during the month of September will be donated to the Chris OBrien Lifehouse.
