24.01.2022 Happy 3 year anniversary to our beloved Sham! Sham originally came into the Lotus office to register for temporary work. After completing a number of assignments for us with glowing feedback we knew we needed to keep her for ourselves. From team assistant, to perm candidate manager and now in her current role as senior consultant, Sham lives and breathes the Lotus values and we couldn't imagine the office without her.

16.01.2022 The Lotus team had the pleasure of joining the young people at Stepping Stone House for an exciting evening of trapezing and aerobatics at Sydney Trapeze School. The evening was filled with lots of laughs and was a great bonding session to compliment the Youth and Careers Employment Program that sees each Lotus consultant matched with a young person at Stepping Stone House to support them through their careers journey.
