14.01.2022 We had a client who called up to cancel their policies yesterday (that's a tangent we could go off on for ages but anyway). Our senior adviser Debbie was explaining to this client about why Income Protection is important for their situation and ran through a couple of the included benefits that no-one really knows about. Turns out a few days ago this client broke his elbow when they fell off their bike. The result? $25,000 claim. For a broken elbow. What do you think about th...at? What do you think our client thought about that? If that client hadn't spoken with Deb he would have cancelled that policy never knowing he could make a claim. That's our value. That's what you won't get out of these online providers and their cut-priced call-centre service. Talk to us, it's what we're here for.

12.01.2022 It's been a full-on week for our clients. Monday we had a 31-year-old client involved on a farm-related, machinery-related accident, spoke with a 42-year-old client this morning who has been diagnosed with breast cancer and we just finalised $108,000 payout for a 54-year-old client diagnosed with melanoma. Don't ever say it won't happen to you. Please get yourself covered, self-insurance is an ignorant pipe dream unless you've (potentially) got a stack of passive income and even then it doesn't always work. Being insured just makes life so much easier when the worst happens.
