She was armed with facts and figures as evidence of her knowledge of the area and an understanding of the market in these strange Covid times. From the start Louise is enthusiastic and committed to getting the best possible price for our home while importantly keeping our expectations realistic. As issues with the sale started to arise her communication skills and wealth of knowledge shone through as Louise guided us through to an unexpected and surprising quick sale. We would definitely recommend Louise and the Remax team to anyone looking to sell property. We had left messages with 6 real estate companies and on 2 responded. We were referred to the original agent who at first was saying the right things and in our price range (700 to 800k) and then overnight lowered the expectation by $100,000 and told us we would have to spend $20,000 to even achieve that amount. Our expectations were met in the price range. Commission was dearer than where we started but we quickly realised you get what you pay for. We are unable to comment on marketing costs as we do not have anything to compare with. After the disastrous start with the company our family member referred us to we reverted to the research we undertook where we had seen agent reviews for Narangba and Louise stood out. Even though Louise had multiple meetings she made herself available and expertly talked us through the process . For that we are extremely grateful.
