With the easing of restrictions starting this Saturday, I have decided to open the store 6 days per week starting next Monday the 4th May. ... With a myriad of issues all over the ring and metal that was so thin it just couldn’t be repaired.... I came up with a design similar to the original ring but constructed it for todays more active woman - a design that still does justice to the rose cut diamonds but is durable enough for everyday wear. I’m not only a jeweller, I’m a stone setter too. When you b...ring your jewellery to me mine are the only set of hands that work on it - from start to finish. Covid-19 shook me to the core and I had to reassess every aspect of my business. Closing the doors after a decade of working so hard to build @lovelarajewellery just wasn’t an option! When it’s YOUR name as the business name it’s not just any business that’s at stake, it’s your livelihood, your reputation and your blood (literally!) ...sweat and tears! Prior to Covid-19 I started following @rebecca_j_pask on socials for some inspiration and knowledge as she is an incredible retail strategist, trainer and leader. Call it divine timing, but right as I was pivoting and taking the next step with changed business plans Rebecca launched her new recruitment agency @leadershipjunky Being time poor as I was wearing all the hats, I needed someone who could help me find the right person to fit my team.
