24.01.2022 Whoever said... l won’t use a Thermie as l only cook for myself is so wrong... just because you only cook for yourself does not mean you should not eat amazingly well (added bonus.. super quick and easy ). I followed a recipe that l love and adapted it to suit what l wanted, l sort of halved the basics, l used some previously cooked and frozen leftover salmon and added some asparagus and tomatoes as l had them,absolutely delicious and enough for lunch tomorrow, if you want more details you know how to get in touch.

23.01.2022 I was inspired by a post l spotted the other day to try this bread...I’m so glad l decided to give it a go, it’s absolutely delicious and with a cooking time of around 15mins, it’s definitely a winner, l didn’t add the caraway seeds as l wanted to have it with pasta. Looking forward to having the other loaf tomorrow.

16.01.2022 Never put off making a recipe just because you don’t have all of the ingredients.. Chicken Teriyaki from cookidoo using whatever veg l had in my fridge.

15.01.2022 I’m not quite sure, given all of the rave reviews why it has taken me so long to try this recipe. 08.01.2022 We had great fun at out team meeting yesterday trying these recipes from the beautiful Simply Delicious cookbook which is available along with the kitchen tool kit as a purchase offer until 30th June. The Smoked trout pasta was so easy and absolutely delicious, the Cornish pasties were so good, I brought mine home and reheated it for lunch today and it was still great. If you’re keen to try these recipes, as always message me for some hints and tips.
