22.01.2022 . Today and everyday I am grateful for my yoga tribe. The ones who guide me, the ones who inspire me, the ones who learn along with me, the ones who share love with me. All of you , are all of these. And I am so so grateful. So many plans for next year, more classes @the.yoga.nook, more Nourish and Flow park events with @peninsula.lifestylecentre, more classes with @lavanayoga, and more learning, training, connecting, loving and sharing the gifts of yoga with all our beaut...iful community here on the #morningtonpeninsula. Thank you to my amazing students, past, present and future. Thank you to my community for supporting more love and more connection. This communal effort no matter how big or small has profound positive effects on all of our wellbeing. This yoga mama is now taking a wee break, 4 weeks of family time to reflect, release and heal from the intense ride 2020 has been. Here @the.yoga.nook we are officially finished for 2020 and looking forward to spending time with family, friends and the beach over the next few weeks! 2020 has seen us up, down, and all around and has been quite the year! Once again I am ever so grateful to my yogis, my followers, my community, and my family, for the incredible support you have shown throughout this year for my newly opened little biz. The Yoga Nook didn’t see as many students in per...son as I had hoped, but the way everyone showed up on Facebook, Zoom and Instagram to continue practicing and connecting truly made my heart burst with gratitude! 2021 promises to be an exciting year here with more classes, workshops and events!
