19.01.2022 If your back is sore and aching, try taking child’s pose for 3-5 minutes. It’s a great way to elongate the whole spine and relieve tension. Make sure you breathe slowly whilst in the pose to get the most benefit. It’s also a great pose to take when life feels tough ... Breathe in through your nose, feel your belly rise, pause, breathe out slowly, with control and feel your muscles softening. Repeat 5-20 times.
