25.01.2022 Do you want to make your squats even harder ( and your butt tighter )? Get the resistance band from Kmart ( the hardest one ) and follow Marsha .. if you squeeze and push thru the heels on your way up you will get really good glute activation too !

22.01.2022 Marshas lunges on BOSU ball.. this is very difficult exercise requiring good balance. Its also very good for strengthening especially your ankles, knees and hips especially for high impact sports such a netball, football, soccer, basketball or even the physical evaluation testing beep test.

22.01.2022 Marshas amazing lunges with kettlebell pass ... looks easy but its not .. the kettlebell makes you to go really low to pass it under your leg .. Marshas form is perfect with her straight back and managed not to wobble !



21.01.2022 Saturday workout with Marsha .... I need to admit this one was truly challenging but Marsha managed really well ... due to her shoulder problems the high volume of pushups had to be performed in the incline position on the tree but otherwise Marsha smashes it as usual !

20.01.2022 Shara is back !!! We just took it bit slowly today, checking how her back is feeling after her accident... and we will go to full swing !! Shara is planning another 3 week challenge end of the year !! Cant wait to monitor her daily progress again

12.01.2022 Funny how the retailers are trying so hard for customers to spend more money .. they even invented a barbell for Guinea pigs for that purpose ! Anyone who ever had guinea pigs knows, that they are the most relaxed and lazy animals ( too cute though )... all they do is eating, pooping and sleeping .. so wasting $23 for a dumbbell is a crazy waste of money !!! ( I think you can get yourself a kettlebell in Kmart for the exact same money )

06.01.2022 This beautiful ( still ) winter morning Marsha was exercising with BOSU ball.. amazing balancing training equipment, perfect for strengthening your ankles, knees and hips, improving posture and balance .. and its incredibly challenging. Such a squats performed on the flat platform and on the wobbly side ... one equipment, one exercise but you work your muscles different way because of the feet posture and different surface... ( Marsha was great, managed to hang on to that without falling )

02.01.2022 Hello, hope everyone is doing ok ... as times are going tougher and we are experiencing more and more restrictions pretty much every day and all that stress is affecting our lives, our mood .. our mental and physical health. While ago I created a TESTAROSSA SUPPORT GROUP which was meant to connect my clients, to keep them focused and motivated.. we shared healthy recipes, ideas etc .. so what I was thinking now .. is going to really step up with this and offer bit more... ho...w about if we run some challenges online? I can post some workouts anyone could do in their homes, we can keep cooking healthy food, we can even post videos, I can teach you about nutrition... the options are endless!!! We can even get involved in some online chats ... the aim of this group will be purely keeping the motivation high, keeping positive, helping each other, share our happy or not so happy feelings to support each other! We will be here for each other .. we won’t let the current situation affecting our wellbeing .. we can do it together and as SloMo saying at each of his press conference.. we will get stronger on the other side So whoever is interested please PM me or connect to :
