12.01.2022 *** ENERGY TIP #1*** What has water got to do with energy I hear you ask? Well firstly we are made up mostly of water, and in order for all our body functions to work correctly at their peak our cells need to be hydrated. Imagine going an entire day without drinking any water at all, essentially this is what we are doing every night when we sleep. This is why it is so very important for us to get hydrated and drink a tall glass of water first thing in the morning when you wak...e up. Dont start your day dehydrated as you will find yourself fatigueing really early. Being dehydrated really affects your energy and can leave you not just feeling flat but actually lethargic and tired. Water is vital to our everyday body functions yet we seem to overlook this one thing the most. One factor attributing to this (I've been a victim of it myself in the past) is the fact that often we confuse the feeling of thirst for hunger. In response to this we eat, and we feel momentarily satified. Its always a safer bet to drink a glass of water when you think you are hungry, wait a few minutes and see what happens. Drinking more water also increases your metabolism and keeps flushing your body’s waste. When your body has less waste and toxins clogging it up, it functions better! Water also converts food into energy by transporting nutrients throughout the body So my Energy Tip #1 is to simply Drink more water! In conclusion water has a massive role to play in helping keep our energy levels up! ~ Natalie Rodreguez

07.01.2022 The sad state of affairs when fatigue and low energy is so common place that it is seen almost as if it is a "normal" part of life, and when you come across someone with energy to spare and vitality oozing from every pore, the reaction is always the same "Wow, how do you do it? What are you on?
