25.01.2022 Are you using a toxic toothpaste? I know I was until I found out just how bad some toothpastes are for us. I had no idea just how bad some of the ingredients are for us & can’t believe that these ingredients are still allowed to be used, especially in a product we put in our mouths! . Not only are these ingredients toxic to us & our children, but also our environment! Everything we put down the drains ends up in our beautiful environment. .... 14.01.2022 Absolutely stunning! I can’t even begin to describe how much we enjoyed our adventure today. We hired a car & started in Cairns & headed to Port Douglas. We had no plans after Port Douglas so decided to keep driving & go exploring. Wow, I am so glad we did. We ended up in The Daintree Rainforest & Cape Tribulation. This place is beyond amazing. This photo was taken at Mount Alexandra look out & it is a fabulous place, the ocean meets the rain forest, spectacular! The kids loved it, seeing amazing new places, swimming at deserted beaches & beautiful swimming holes & creeks. We even saw 2 crocodiles while driving & I think that was a highlight for the kids. 10.01.2022 What an amazing experience we had today! The kids couldn’t believe how amazing The Great Barrier Reef is & absolutely loved all the marine life they got to see. They have been thanking me all evening for taking them to the reef & on this holiday. They are having the time of their lives! It makes me so happy seeing them so excited & happy. Being a single mum can be tough at times, but all the hard work & budgeting is definitely worth it when you can take your kids on an amazing adventure they’ll never forget! 10.01.2022 I think most of us occasionally doubt our abilities as a parent. I know I do, especially being a single parent doing it all on my own. I question wether I’m doing the right thing by my 3 kids, wether i’m enough etc I absolutely try my best, I put everything I have into doing what is best for my kids. Putting their needs above my own, working hard & trying to be a good role model. I try my best to make sure they are healthy, happy, feel loved & safe & I just hope & pray that ...it’s enough. Well today my youngest son blew me away. We were at the markets & Nana gave him a few dollars to spend. He wandered off to look around the indoor market & came back to me & said, close your eyes & hold out your hands. When I opened my eyes he had placed a pair of ear rings in my hands. Red ones because that’s my favorite colour. I almost cried. He is such a thoughtful, selfless, kind & caring boy. 08.01.2022 How scary is this?!!? . This is the reason I have been ditching & switching a lot of my products to Young Living products & doing as many DIY’s as I can. . Until recently I was unaware of all the chemicals we are exposed to on a daily basis in our cleaning and personal care products. 06.01.2022 I recently started using this Young Living Shampoo & Conditioner. (Which I received for free because I used my ER points). I was skeptical at first as I’ve never used an all natural shampoo & conditioner that actually works. Well I am happy to say that this one absolutely works! I love it! It leaves my hair feeling so soft & smells amazing too! You only need a very small amount of product so it’s going to last a long time. . The best part is, it has no toxic chemicals or... fillers, or synthetic fragrances in it. No nasties at all! . 03.01.2022 What we wash our dishes in absolutely matters! Most of your every day store bought dish washing liquids leave a residue (toxic chemicals) on our dishes which we then eat & drink from!! . Even the so called natural products in store can still disguise toxic chemicals under fragrance. So if your products have fragrance listed as an ingredient, steer clear! . Now that I finally know better, I only use Thieves Dish Soap. 01.01.2022 A couple of days ago I left our home on the Sunny Coast with my 3 kids for a 10 day adventure! It started with a 24 hour train ride to Cairns. I wasn’t sure how the kids would handle it but they handled it amazingly! They were so well behaved & took in all the wonderful new things around them with excitement & wonderment. We are having an amazing time exploring & discovering all this beautiful place has to offer. We are also enjoying spending some quality family time together & having so much fun with each other with no school or work. (Well except for my oily business which I can run from anywhere!)
