14.01.2022 we’re still trying to process the latest restrictions placed on our cafes following this afternoons announcement. Essentially we’ve lost 70% of our indoor seating We remain open, with limited seating, but full take away capacity. We’re working on a reduced menu, as well as some changes to better support you through these upcoming months. We employ a small, but dedicated + passionate young team who rely on us for a sustainable income + without local support we risk having to let people go We believe in true hospitality, welcoming people into our ‘home’ + whilst we respect the need to flatten the curve, we’re here for you we hope for your continued support during these challenging times to our fellow hospitality operators, stay strong big love Teesh + Prue x

03.01.2022 last week we were contacted by the team from @streetsmartaust , who we work with each year to raise awareness + funds for local homeless charities as part of their CafeSmart program. With charity meal programs shutting across the country due to COVID-19, + elderly volunteers protecting their health, food security for vulnerable Australians is become more and more of a challenge. We’re part of a pilot program working with Wollongong Emergency Family Housing, providing them wi...th meals funded by donations + grants made to StreetSmart. If the funds are there, we’ll be able to continue to provide these 40 meals a day to the people in our community, in need. For many people money is tight at the moment.
