We ran into some fuel dramas for the first half of the day, but finally we fine tuned the fuel system and got back on the track to set the fastest time in a falcon. 13.01.2022 Wow what a season and what a hell of a weekend! Team LOR pushes hard this weekend at Raleigh Drift Complex having Rd3 & Rd4 in the one weekend. Sadly we had a shocker of a day on Saturday; missing a gear on both our qualifying runs, then in the battle with the man Logan battling it out hard until in our lead run Steven decided to hit the switch by accident and turn the car off and not getting it back on in time. Now it was time to look at the set up, change some steering set ...up, massive thank you to Brendan for helping us dial it in for the Sunday run. Sunday we went out of the gates hard getting our selves qualifing 3rd, then for the battles; first battle was up against the big red SS Ute. Tight battle lucky enough to push through 2 next battle. Took on Colm in his little corolla; now this battle really tested the LOR driver Steven Piggott doing the same stitch up from Saturday turning the little s13 off down in to the dog leg. Lucky enough this time we got it started back up to get over the finish line and taking the win. Then once again battling it up with Logan bring back the nerves from our first battle, we push hard up on the door taking t win. Next to battle it out with the top qualifier of the weekend Chris In his mighty ve ss Ute. Wow is all we can say 4 omts; battle after battle some scrapes and bruises then the fuel pump give up on one of the runs lucky enough the bro Dane at LowCo Customs was able to lend us his pride and joy the AB Crane Hire S13 now what a weapon and joy that was to drive and take 1st place in the Rd4 drift series. Finishing off with 2nd place in the Raleigh Drift series for the year. Massive shout out to Lee & Herbie @ Direct Automotive for being there from the start & sacrificing all sorts for our team. Also for transforming Bluey s13 & always making sure car is track ready!
