13.01.2022 The service of animals in war is not widely recognised but today in Campbell Town there was a service to commemorate their sacrifices. Heavy horses, like John ...and Ted in this photo, along with light horses, donkeys, mules, camels, dogs, cats, pigeons and numerous others have died in their thousands because of war. Today we remembered them and paid our respects.
