02.01.2022 Working on agility and sharp shooting with Daniel in one of our drills this morning, getting ready for a big football season ahead to see out the 'second half' of 2020. He has not only progressed with his football abilities and technique over the past couple of months, but since he started training with us in October 2019, he has stacked on a huge 10+ Kilos in lean muscle mass, increased in all his major lifts and built a strong foundation in order to become more lethal play...er on the field. The amount of commitment and dedication that he has shown over the past 8months towards his training and nutrition is second to none.
