21.01.2022 A reminder that the Functional Fitness area is currently off limits to everyone unless in an advertised class. We are working on opening the area for 24 hour use however this is not ready to be opened as yet. We will keep you updated as to when this will be reopened with the additional access. In the interim please not if you do use the area whilst it is not authorised this is against the gym policy/rules. Breaking the gym rules will result in suspension of gym membership.

According to a Harvard paper Music stimulates the brain’s reward centers, while dance activates its sensory and motor circuits... so it only makes sense that music can change a mood, help a workout or help when a day is just a tad overwhelming. ...
