23.01.2022 'Nobody said it was easy' Taking up this sports requires lots of patience. Many asked for 12 weeks challenge/transformation and expect big results. The reality is after 12 weeks you still need to put through the grind and effort when no-ones watching. That's when you're seriously progressing. Always remember this, a little progress everyday adds up to Big results. Rome wasn't built in a day, make it counts my friend.
