22.01.2022 LONG POST ON MENTAL HEALTH : Some days I wake up and the struggle is there. - Who does feel that sometimes?!... - No enough or good sleep, too hot or too cold, challenges, deadlines, DOMS, self doubt, others things... - Today for me is one of those days. - 345am wake up call, ready for another busy day. - I look into the mirror and see the hard work I had put back into the past couple of weeks. - Satisfaction but still tyred in my head. - Get to my first client, I must shake this thing off in my head. - Put G.
