16.01.2022 Have you ever stumbled across a book that feels like it was written just for you? That is this book for me, with all my favourite things. Food, writing, cooking, science, written by a woman, Michael Pollan, beautiful illustrations, the list goes on. I’ve now grown, birthed and kept my baby alive for 4 months and so I think it’s time to get back into my other loves food, writing and cooking. Especially because my little one will be eating for herself in 2 short months

10.01.2022 Feeding you is my most favourite thing (minus the cleaning up ). It’s a funny thing after studying nutrition I realised the fundamentals of eating healthy are quite simple. We all know to eat more fruit and vegetables, drink water, eat whole grains, limit saturated fats and added sugars, etc etc. but living those out in a world that promotes discretionary foods, unrealistic fad diets and digitally altered bodies it can be really hard. My dream is to keep it simple for my daughter, offer her simple food, talk about food simply as fuel for her body and how it helps her do all the amazing things her body can do. @ Gather and Graze
