23.01.2022 Tomorrow's Sunday lunch (the last Sunday of winter)- Garlic and rosemary marinated lamb leg, caper roasted potatoes and a baked cauliflower with crisp bacon, dukkah and parmesan gratin.



22.01.2022 So it's a cold and rainy weekend in Lue... Time for another Sunday lunch by the fire. Tomorrow, back by popular demand, it's slow-braised corned beef, with sautéed bacon and cabbage, roasted garlic potatoes and a mustard sauce. And if you've never tried home-made banoffee pie, now's the time.

19.01.2022 The weekend of sport starts tonight with the NRL's Roosters vs Panthers and AFL's Brisbane Lions vs Richmond both kicking off at 7:50pm. Half price beers for the first half of the match. We'll be showing all matches live on the new big screens throughout the finals season. Saturday night Adam's doing his $15 hand-crumbed chicken schnitzels with chips, gravy and salad, so you're well-fed before the game.

12.01.2022 Time for another winter weekend lunch. This Sunday it's slow-roasted dukkah-crusted leg of lamb with sweet potatoes, chats, carrots, peas and gravy $17. Or $25 for both courses if you still have room for the home-made warm chocolate brownie with ganache and ice cream or the home-made bread and butter pudding with custard and ice cream.

10.01.2022 Looks as though the rain is going to continue tomorrow. Best to head down to the pub where the fires are lit, the beer is cold and enjoy a beautiful Sunday lunch. Slow roasted sumac lamb leg, sous vide BBQ lamb cutlet with skordalia, ratatouille and lamb jus followed by apple crumble.

According to Patrick ('THE' best barman on the planet if you scroll through our comments) it's because he flushes the lines every week with rainwater - so it's chemical and residue free. 05.01.2022 Happy Father's Day for this Sunday. And because the fathers asked, this Sunday Adam is cooking roast chicken with stuffing, roast pumpkin and potatoes and gravy. And then chocolate fondant for dessert with vanilla ice cream. And then of course there's the beer.
