11.01.2022 There is a $10$ booking fee is required for any booking. That fee comes off the price of your appointment to gaurantee people showing up to appointments. I understand that circumstances arise where you are unable to keep your appointment but we do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours- The booking fee can be transferred to another appointment date within 2 weeks of your original appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours- The booki...ng fee will be retained by Luke's massage & Lashes and another will be required for future appointments. Cancellations with less then 5 hours will not only have the booking-fee retained by Luke' Massage & Lashes, You will also be required to pay 50% of the cancelled service prior to re-booking or you will be unable to book further appointments. No shows will be required to pay the entire amount of the forfeited appointment. Thankyou for understanding.
