24.01.2022 A quiet walk on the beach at secluded Hangover Bay before heading to the Pinnacles for dinner under the stars

22.01.2022 #Orion is one of the most popular #summer #constellations, with Orion's belt being a prominent feature in the night sky making it simple to locate the constellation. The name Orion comes from Greek mythology. Orion was a legendary, handsome hunter that once boasted he could kill every animal on the planet. The goddess Gaia got angry at him for this and sent a scorpion that stung him and killed him. For this reason, it is said the constellations of Orion and Scorpio are never in the sky at the same time. It is also said that in the dark night sky, Orion can be seen chasing the seven sisters star cluster called #Pleiades as he had fallen in love with their beauty.

From October to January, the plant grows long, flat seed pods that twist as they open, revealing attractive red-ringed seeds that are ready to be consumed. Traditionally they were gathered and ground into flour to make bread. It has a versatile nutty flavour and can also be used to brew coffee. Below is a fantastic video we have come across that displays the process of the traditional bread making.
