The first 24-48 hours post teeth whitening are crucial to ensuring your results last as long as possible.... Your teeth are more susceptible to staining within these first 2 days. Make sure to not eat or drink anything other than water for the first hour and a half after treatment. Avoid all types of tea(especially camomile & green), coffee, red wine and tobacco for 24-48 hours as well as bright colored food such as mustard, beetroot, tomato sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, curry based meals, cumin, tumeric, collored lollies,blueberries. Stick to your luna smiles personalised white diet for this initial period is highly recommended. Ensuring good oral hygiene habits are adhered to prolong your results.
