22.01.2022 In Canada, the brilliant idea of combining homes for Seniors and Orphan homes has been implemented. The result exceeded all expectations! The elderly found lovi...ng grandchildren, and orphans, for the first time, felt what love and paternal care was. Doctors are observing improvements in all vital functions in the elderly, and a great interest in life has awakened in the eyes. Before the kids came from the shelter, the elderly looked more like dead eyed mummies. Children who at first rejected the hugs, felt fearful, uncertain and sad, have become ordinary noisy and agitated children. Some found a family they never had before, and others felt the warmth of a house full of grandchildren. 16.01.2022 GRATED DAIKON (radish) . + Did you know that having a bit of grated daikon a few times a week can help with achey joints?! . + Radish helps free up the joints, remove stagnation from excess/bad oils that can contract the body. Also if you have ALOT ALOT, ALOT of nuts daily you will feel tighter in your body too - of course this will be different for everyone! (Different types of nuts can affect joint flexibility, makes us feel heavy, stuck, tired... go figure!! Not to mentio...n heavy proteins, meat, eggs and dairy will have a tightening, affect on the joints too; eventual arthritis, other joint inflammation conditions) . . + Daikon will also help move stagnation through the liver and gall bladder too! (frees up the liver meridian) This is particularly beneficial in spring as we look to find more freedom in our body, our joints and LIGHTEN UP overall.
