As I'm sure most of you already know, our team have already been wearing masks throughout your visit to the salon for some time but masks are now mandatory in salon for both clients and our team so you will be required to wear one for the duration of your appointment moving forward. 21.01.2022 Last week we had our unannounced visit from @cityofryde to inspect the measures we have taken to ensure our client and team safety around Covid-19. I am proud to say that of course everything was was perfect and have nothing that we need to change Hygiene has always been our top priority before covid-19, we did not relax our covid prevention practices when numbers dropped and have been wearing masks, having our monthly Permagard Antimicrobial prevention spray, taking temperatures on arrival and screening the health of every client to keep you all safe since March.

We can only accommodate guests receiving lush services, please arrive alone for your lush booking. .On arrival please use our automatic hand sanitiser located at the front desk and take a seat in our relaxation room. Look for our sit here social distancing labels. Our team will provide you with a health questionnaire and then take your temperature. If over 37.5 we will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling unwell with any cold & flu symptoms please call to reschedule your appointment. All rooms are sterilised with hospital grade disinfectant between each guest. Our therapists will be wearing single use gloves and masks for each guest. We have always used disposable linen on our treatment beds and all blankets are washed between each use. Our Priority remains in keeping our team and clients safe by preventing the spread of covid in salon. We are in our busiest + favourite week of the year and back to the 4sqm rule and sticking to NSW health Guidelines. ... We ask that you please come to your appointment alone as we are not accounting for your plus 1 in salon unless they are booked for an appointment. If you are feeling unwell or have been in a listed covid location/time, please reschedule your appointment. Every chair, shampoo basin, treatment room aswell as our bathrooms, eftpos machine are all thoroughly sanitised between each client with hospital grade disinfectant and single use paper towel.
