17.01.2022 The pigments I use for Feather Stroke Brow tattooing are by Phi Brows. The choice in colour is chosen depending on your skin tone, colour of your eyes and hair. I am a certified Phi Brow Artist - This is someone that has previously been a Phi Brow student and has completed a semi permanent tattooing course with Phi Academy. To qualify as a Phi Brow Artist you must pass 12 levels, each level will test a different aspect of the tattoo process. Your work has to be perfect and assessed by a Phi Brow Master to move onto the next level.
