25.01.2022 Hey Team Tomorrow's warm up is 8am to 8.25am. We need to be ready to dive into warm up tomorrow, Saturday 21st Nov, at 8am sharp. We are only allotted 25 minutes.

23.01.2022 Is your child interested in competitive swimming or improving their stroke for school swimming? Lismore Workers Swim Club offer 9 Training sessions a week at the Lismore Memorial Baths. Training is flexible and you don't have to commit to certain days and it is pay as you go, no up front fees for training. Anyone interested in trying our club can attend 2 club nights before joining and can attend 2 training sessions for free. Our first club night is tomorrow, Friday 16th of October at 5.30.

22.01.2022 Swimming North Coast Long Course Championships will be held on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November. This meet will be taking place at Oasis Pools, Club Banor...a with the assistance of Twin Towns Swim Team. Due to Covid restrictions, no visitors outside of Swimming North Coast Area will be able to enter, and numbers will be restricted so please get your entries in early to avoid missing out. Full details are available on the Swimming North Coast calendar, only the meet event flyer has been attached to this post. JK

We do ask that if your child is unwell, has a headache, a fever, or sore throat or any signs of being unwell, that you please DO NOT bring them to the pool but keep them home until they are healthy. This will help keep the squad and the coaches healthy.

We are looking forward to a great season at the Memorial Baths. The first day back at the baths for training is Monday 12th of October with our first swim club night on Friday 16th October. McKinley Arnison has also been selected for the upcoming 20-21 year Australian Para development squad! This camp is Australian Swimming’s preparation for the lead up to Nationals and Olympic trails in June!!!
