25.01.2022 Hi Everyone. We are still open, business as usual. We are also offering personal training sessions for $20 for a 1/2 hour, for those who really want to hone their skills. Please book by email at [email protected]. To comply with hygiene regulations we are cleaning equipment after every session & providing antibacterial handwash & sanitiser. With our participation numbers decreasing so much, we have decided to only open in the afternoons for the rest of this week & then temporarily close our doors until we are notified that we can reopen. So afternoon Classes at 3.30pm & 4.30pm are still going until Thursday 26th March. Thank you & keep healthy & happy. Eileen

17.01.2022 Hi to all of our Fitkids Family. Only about 10 days until our big reopening! We are very excited about seeing you all again & enjoying working out with you again. For our Homeschool families, we have made a small change to the Timetable, due to Coach availability. We are now running a Class on Mondays from 11am to Midday & NOT on Tuesdays, anymore. Thursdays remain the same. So, Homeschool Classes are now Mondays & Thursdays from 11am to Midday. We apologise for any inconvenience & we are really looking forward to seeing you soon. In the mean time, take care of yourselves & your loved ones. Eileen

06.01.2022 We are very proud of all the athletes that competed at the Tumbling & Double Mini Tramp competition over the weekend! For a lot of them it was their first competition JACKSON - level 6 tumbling GOLD MONNIE - level 3a tumbling BRONZE, level 3 DMT FIFTH ... JASMINE - level 2a DMT FIFTH Lorelei, Juliet, Lily-Arna, Ebony, Olivia, Rosie, Camryn and Billie mostly placed within the TOP 10 out of 30 across all levels and divisions!! Well done MyDynamics
