13.01.2022 A great weekend in Kalgoorlie cooking with Abby and Gav's family....Brazilian cheese puffs, filled with French onion dip (what a cultural mix!). Baguettes with Chilli mussles. All so easy with the step by step guide on the Thermomix chip.

11.01.2022 Claire adding the carrot and zucchini tagliatelle to be steamed in the Verona dish under the salmon steaming in the tray above. Dinner is served, cooking time 20 minutes for fish, leeks and potatoes and carrots and tagliatelle to steam. Serves leek and potato soup for entree, followed by steamed salmon with creamed potato and leek velouté with side of steamed tagliatelle! Everyone enjoyed, fed 9 people and one (lady) had seconds!!!
