16.01.2022 Dear Valued Customers Please remember that when we provide you with a quote over the phone we are quoting on standard vacate clean. If when we arrive at the property and see that it needs more of a heavy duty clean you will be advised upon arrival and when we have inspected the property with you. This is also mentioned on the checklist terms and condition provided to you once the quote has been provided to you over the phone.... Note that if you have dogs/cats and have carpet inside your home it does attract an additional fee as it does take time for us to vacuum a few times as pet hair does build up and needs to be throughly vacuumed before we Steam Clean your carpets. Walls are the biggest factor and the most time consuming if they need to be cleaned spotless. Its not an issue if you have a few marks here and there but when they need to be fully scrubbed from top to bottom that is a heavy duty clean which will attract an additional fee.
