19.01.2022 The Scoreboard Analogy Explained The competition runs in my veins, I am constantly trying to outdo myself and my previous results. This can be both positive and negative for my wellbeing. Until it is harnessed and used as a management tool. In comes the scoreboard analogy. You are the home team and outside factors are the away team. Let’s make sure the home team is in front.... Every 24 hours you have the ability to add as many homes runs on the board as possible. From making a morning coffee to texting your long lost friends the opportunities are endless. In the same 24 hour period, things are going to go ‘wrong’. You’re going to have moments of anger, disappointment and frustration, its all part of life. However, if we have built up a scoreboard full of home runs we no longer slip into the negatives we simply lose a couple runs for the home team. Remembering, we have the opportunity to add endless home runs. So got out, create your scoreboard and put some home runs on the board! See more

I was just like a little kid on Christmas morning today as we brought our community together for our first Walk and Talk in a number of months. We had a number of the Human Connection Project community members join us this morning to learn, connect and move together.... 03.01.2022 Have you checked in on yourself today? I am so passionate about the scoreboard movement I have created...however, it’s only powerful if I can convince people to implement it. ... You see, in any given 24 hour period we all have the opportunity to score points for the home team. A good morning routine, a great coffee, a simply smile to the your neighbour. These are all opportunities to add home runs. Not KPIs, not financially driven, just opportunities to add positivity to your life. Similarity in the same 24 hour period we are going to have ups and downs, negative moments. However, instead of putting us into the red, we simply take away a home run. And you know what, you have the ability to add those home runs straight back on. So, what’s your score going to be today? How is the home team going to perform?
