14.01.2022 We know curves are in at the moment, so why not curve the facade around the existing trees on this development site! The curve follows on from one dwelling to another, wrapping itself around the corner site. The site was complex with maintaining existing established large tree structures. To maximise each dwelling a tree root investigation was completed prior to planning, inorder to understand the best way to protect the vegetation and maximise the efficiency of the design. This site was passed up by other developers due to the not clearly understanding a way forward through council. Not for us . Illegal works are: garage converted into master bedroom, ensuite, study; verandah converted into a lounge and meals area. Illegal carport, deck and shed/laundry.
